Biography
Mr. Battaglia started his real estate career in Orlando, Florida preparing appraisals for commercial properties in the greater Orlando area. He moved to Santa Barbara County, California in 2001, where he expanded his career into professional commercial property management. In 2002 he joined up with Steve Golis as the Radius Group first opened their doors. Radius Group quickly grew to be the largest commercial real estate firm in Santa Barbara. At Radius Group, Mr. Battaglia specialized in multifamily investments covering the central coast from Camarillo to Paso Robles and he was involved in approximately 80 transactions totaling over 1600 units valued at over $233 Million. In February of 2007 Mr. Battaglia joined Lee & Associates in Santa Maria.
Currently, Mr. Battaglia specializes in multifamily investments in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties as well as commercial sales and leasing in the Santa Ynez Valley. Prior to working in commercial Real Estate, Mr. Battaglia worked in the International Theme Park industry providing project and design management where he utilized his engineering and design background.
