Biography

Mr. Segal is spearheading brokerage services for the Santa Maria Office; he is a leading industrial warehouse & investment expert. As a Broker Associate, he will be acting as the firm's lead sales agent in assisting client's with their commercial real estate requirements throughout the Central Coast, specifically Santa Maria, Lompoc and Buellton.

For more than 40 years, Mr. Segal has carved out a niche as an expert in investment banking, securities and commercial real estate brokerage and development.  Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Segal worked for 22 years at Collins Commercial Real Estate & Investments in Newport Beach, CA. Mr. Segal started at Collins in 1983 as one of their first salespeople and soon became a Senior Vice President and top producer within the company. Prior to his time at Collins Commercial, Mr. Segal spent the previous 10 years with the Klaybin Company in Los Angeles as a Broker. There he was responsible for several major transactions, including a 200,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit transaction for a major corporation and several other sizeable transactions.

Allen also trained on Wall Street as an Investment Banker at Smith Barney & Company, and remained in the Investment Banking industry for more than a decade.
