Biography
Hank Niezen began his real estate career in San Luis Obispo County in 2001. In April of 2008, Hank joined Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services in the San Luis Obispo office. As a licensed California Real Estate Broker, Hank specializes in the sales and leasing of retail and office properties throughout San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara Counties. Hank’s attention to detail and hands-on approach to customer service has helped build lasting business relationships with some of the counties largest commercial real estate companies such as Centervest Capital, WestPac Investments and Western Pacific Land Group.
Hank is very active within the San Luis Obispo community, with emphasis on the youth sports programs. He has coached or assisted in youth baseball, basketball, football and volleyball over the past nine years. Hank received his BS degree from San Jose State University shortly before moving to San Luis Obispo in 1992. He is married to his wife Lauryn, and they have two wonderful children, Jacob and Ansley.
