Biography
Marty is a Principal with Lee Central Coast. Prior to moving to San Luis Obispo he was an agent with Lee & Associates in their City of Industry office and had the opportunity to work closely with the firm’s founder Bill Lee. Marty was recruited by Lee while he was an agent for Grubb & Ellis’s South Bay office in Southern California. Marty has primarily specialized in office and industrial leasing and sales. In addition he has been involved in various investment transactions. In 2007 alone he brokered over $40 million of sales.
Marty loves the Central Coast and enjoys being a part of Lee and the team oriented atmosphere of the firm.
When not attending to the real estate business, Marty serves on the Board of the San Luis Obispo Classical Academy. But most of all he enjoys spending time with his wife Denise and three sons.
