Biography
Frank Herring is recognized as one of Florida’s most successful real estate development and investment professionals. As such, he brings strategic vision, invaluable experience and unmatched contacts to Lee & Associates. Herring who recently joined Lee plans to continue his focus on development, investment and acquisition efforts as well as multi family, industrial & office brokerage.
Prior to forming The Herring Group, he was President of St. Joe Company’s commercial division where he oversaw all commercial real estate activities. Prior to St. Joe Herring served in numerous leadership positions at Trammell Crow Company and Faison. During an eighteen year relationship with Faison and predecessor companies, he served as Senior Vice President and Partner for Florida operations.
Herring graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1975 with a Bachelors Degree in Urban Studies.
