Biography
Jason Hart began his commercial real estate career in 2002 and shortly thereafter formed his own boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in sales, leasing and consulting. During this time he has successfully sold over $90 million in multi-family, retail, office, land and development properties throughout the Central Coast, as well as various markets throughout California and Oregon.
Jason Hart is a graduate of the California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo School of Business, with an emphasis on business finance and commercial real estate. Prior to joining the Lee & Associates team he was the founding principal of Hart Commercial Real Estate, LHI Apartment Brokers, as well as LeMay & Hart Real Estate Investments.
Jason has been featured in the March 2009 issue of National Association of Realtor’s publication of Realtor Magazine Commercial Spotlight, as well as LoopNet’s September 2008 Commercial Industry Newsletter for his expertise and success in using technology to market and sell commercial property.
Jason has taken an active role in the community serving on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of South San Luis Obispo, the Arroyo Grande Rotary Club as well as the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors. When Jason’s not working on real estate, he spends time with his wife Shelli and their sons Gianni and Lucca enjoying all that the beautiful Central Coast has to offer.
