Biography
Clarice is a shareholder in the newly established office of Lee & Associates in Santa Barbara. Previously one of the four principal founders and owners of Leider Hayes Commercial, Clarice relies on significant experience and expertise in both sales and leasing of almost every category of commercial real estate. Clarice is extremely attentive to detail and is very effective in diligently covering all aspects of a sale or lease transaction.
Clarice has been a significant figure in the Santa Barbara commercial real estate community since 1989 when she managed a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate for The Towbes Group. She established her reputation as a creative problem solving broker who delivers outstanding results for her clients. Her diverse background in retail, office, industrial and land sale transactions has given her a unique and broad real estate experience and the ability to assist clients in most any area of their real estate portfolio. Clarice brings a unique ability to effectively communicate to both corporate and local clients using sophisticated financial analysis and proprietary market research.
