As Managing Principals of Lee & Associates SLO/SB, Inc., Steve Leider and Clarice Clarke, are highly accomplished commercial brokers, deeply rooted in the Santa Barbara Community. They have spent their professional careers focusing on and developing expertise in the real estate markets across the central coast involving investment properties, retail, office, industrial and land sales . Due to their ability to problem solve and handle the complexities required they have participated in most of the very large transactions closed in the central coast.

Steps to Success :

In 2008, Steve and Clarice joined with Bill Lee and Charley Senn to bring together San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria Offices with the newly created Santa Barbara Office.

Initially, in 2004 Lee & Associates San Luis Obispo came to be as a result of two successful commercial brokers, Charley Senn and Bill Lee, joining together to create Lee & Associates San Luis Obispo. Charley has been active in San Luis Obispo commercial real estate since 1987 after he moved from Toledo, Ohio. While Bill had moved to the Los Osos area after being instrumental in establishing a network of over 35 Lee & Associates Offices nationwide.

In 2006, Bill and Charley met up with Al Segal, an industrial broker, from Newport Beach just recently moved to the Santa Ynez Valley. Shortly thereafter they opened a Santa Maria Office. Al brings 40 years of commercial brokerage experience to the Valley from a highly sophisticated and complex area.

Today Lee & Associates has 3 offices with 20 agents, marketing and administration staff operating in the Central Coast. This makes us the largest commercial brokerage in the central coast. We also have the support of being under the umbrella of corporate Lee & Associates and that enable our agents and staff to reach to create relationships on a nationwide basis.
